Coach Lucy:
Head Coach, and Level 5 Senior Coach
Lucy (SiPei) Le is one of the premier age group coaches in the State of New Jersey and has been coaching swimmers for over 20 years. Her swimmers have achieved many top placements, including USA Top 10, National US Open times, Top eight at Sectional meets, Top eight at Zone meets for their age groups, and numerous Sectional, Zone and JO times. Coach Lucy has trained swimmers in China who have won at the Asia Games, the National Championships, and the Junior National Games. She was a member of the Chinese National Swim Team and China’s Olympic Team between 1980 and 1984. She was Chinese national champion in the 200 meter butterfly in 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, and 1984, and a National Record-holder for five years, breaking the national record more than ten times and eight times winning the title of National Champion. |

Coach Josh:
Level 4 Assistant Coach
Josh is a graduate of Rider University with a degree in finance. Josh has 14 years of extensive swimming experience. Josh was the swim team captain at Rider University during the 2008-09 season, and was the 2008 MAAC Conference MVP. He holds 7 current Rider University Swim Team records, and has been a MAAC Conference Champion 15 times. While Josh was swimming at Lawrence High School, he was a 7-time record holder. He was chosen as the Mercer County Tournament MVP in 2005. |

| Craig Haywood -
Level 3 Coach
Craig has over 30 years of swimming experience as both a swimmer and a coach. Grew up in the Cleveland area - swam for Lake Erie Silver Dolphins, Pinegate Swim Team, and Mentor High School Swim Team. Craig received his Bachelor of Science in Education at Bowling Green State University (GO FALCONS). He has been a high school business teacher for 20 years - taught at Ashtabula Harbor High School (8 years), Euclid High School (2 years) and Princeton High School (10 years). Craig has been involved in many levels of coaching swimming - beginning back in 1987 at Pinegate swim team. He has been coaching for the past 10 years at Princeton High School where the boys and girls teams have enjoyed much success - including 3 state final appearences (Girls 2, Boys 1). And now he brings his swimming experience here to X-Cel. |

Coach Jesse:
Level 2 Coach
Coach Jesse earned a dual degree in Exercise Science & Sports Studies and Political Science from Rutgers University. He is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Specialist and is a member of the American Swimming Coaches Association. Jesse's previous out of the pool work experience includes working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Somerset Medical Center's Sports Performance and Rehabilitation facility. Currently, Jesse is an Exercise Physiologist at the Princeton Fitness and Wellness Center. His own swimming carrier encompassed being a NCAA Division I swimmer for Rutgers University. He also was a 3-Time NISCA All American and in 2010 was named as one of the "Top 10 Swimmers of The Decade" for Mercer County by the Trenton Times. He is still active in competitive swimming and also competes in local triathlons. With a long successful history at X-cel both as a swimmer and coach, Jesse returns to his 7th year of professional coaching. In addition to coaching for USA Swimming, for the 2007-2008 season, Jesse was an assistant coach for Princeton University, helping coach the women's swim team. In his free time Jesse enjoys the out door activities of surfing, mountain biking, and skiing. |

Coach Jessica:
Level 1 Coach
Coach Jessica has taught swimming lessons at YMCA for several years. She was the captain of the her college swim team at New York University. |
