| September 21, 2003 - National Reportable Times and Top 16 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The annual Top 16 list ranks the 16 fastest swimmers in the USA by age group and event. To be eligible for the Top 16 list, a swimmer must have equaled or swum faster than the National Reportable Time (NRT) for an event in their age group. The NRT’s can be found on the USA Swimming website. Both short course and long course listings are available. Each year, the times are compiled by an LSC Top 16 tabulator between September 1 of one year and August 31 of the next year. The LSC tabulator collects all NRT times and then reports them to the National Coordinator. Congratulations to the X-Cel swimmers who achieved National Reportable Times during the 2002-2003 Short Course and 2003 Long Course seasons!!!
